Terms of use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of IkumiHost, a hosting service for static websites published through artificial intelligence agents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Jesus Rodriguez Martinez / IkumiHost, tax ID (NIF) 44387583K, at Plaza Santiago Bernabeu 5 5B. You can reach us at admin@ikumihost.com. How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
2. The service
IkumiHost hosts static websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and other files) and serves them through a content delivery network (CDN) with HTTPS. You connect your AI agent to your account, and the agent prepares and publishes your site. Every account includes an address on ikumihost.com and, on request, the connection of your own domain.
The service does not support dynamic server-side applications, databases or running code on the server. Contact forms on your site are sent by email to your account's email address.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including activity by AI agents you grant access to.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
- Each person or entity must use its own account. You may not resell the service or give others access to it without our permission.
4. Your content and your responsibility
The files you publish, whether you wrote them or your AI agent generated them, are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them, copy them across our infrastructure and show them to the public as part of the service.
You alone are responsible for the content of your site, for reviewing what your AI agent produces before accepting it, and for holding the necessary rights over any text, images, trademarks or other material you publish. IkumiHost does not review sites in advance.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to host or distribute:
- Illegal content, or content that infringes the intellectual property, image or privacy rights of others;
- Malware, phishing, scams, or any content designed to deceive or harm visitors;
- Content that incites hatred or violence, or that exploits minors;
- Content that could put people's health or safety at risk, such as false or misleading medical information;
- Spam, or use of contact forms to send unsolicited messages;
- Traffic or files intended to overload the service, or use of storage for anything other than publishing a website (for example, as a file repository for mass distribution).
We may remove content or suspend an account, with prior notice where possible, if you break these rules or if an authority or a legitimate third party requires us to.
6. Plans, free trial and payments
- Free trial. A 15-day trial starts when you verify your email address. When it ends, if you have not subscribed, your account becomes read-only: you will not be able to publish or change files until you subscribe.
- Plans. Current plans, prices, taxes and storage capacity are shown on the pricing page. You can pay monthly or yearly.
- Billing and renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your card details. Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it.
- Plan changes. You can change plan or cancel at any time from the billing page. Upgrades are charged pro rata; cancellations take effect at the end of the period already paid.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may restrict access to your account and, if the situation continues, suspend or cancel it, notifying you by email.
- Refunds. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, amounts paid are non-refundable. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights that consumer law gives you, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal. Refunds are subject to the domain deduction described in section 8.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods, giving you reasonable advance notice.
7. Storage and limits
Each plan includes a storage capacity. If you exceed it, you will not be able to upload more files until you free up space or change plan. Individual files have a maximum size of 10 MB. We may apply reasonable limits to the number of requests and to contact form use in order to protect the service.
8. Custom domains
You can connect a domain you already own on any paid plan, or ask us to register a new one. We connect domains manually, which can take up to 24 hours.
- Included domain. The Advanced plan on yearly billing includes the registration of one domain for the first year, limited to the extensions .com, .net, .org and .es. One included domain per account.
- Other domains. Any other domain we register for you is charged separately. We show you the registration price and the renewal price when you request it.
- Renewal. Domains renew at the price in force at the time of renewal.
- Ownership and transfer. Domains are registered in your name. You can transfer yours to another registrar at any time, and we will give you the transfer code if you leave.
- Refunds. If you cancel a yearly plan and are refunded after we have registered a domain for you, the registration cost of that domain is deducted from the refund.
If a domain expires or is cancelled for reasons outside our control, we are not responsible for losing it.
9. Cancellation and keeping your files
You can cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, or if your account is cancelled for non-payment or for breaking these terms, we may stop publishing your site and delete your files. We recommend that you always keep a local copy of your site; you can also recover it through your AI agent while your account is active.
10. Availability and liability
- We do our best to keep the service available, but it is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We may carry out maintenance or technical changes.
- The service depends on third-party providers (such as Amazon Web Services, Stripe, or the AI agent you choose). We are not responsible for failures or changes in services we do not control.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
- You are responsible for keeping backups of your site.
11. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard with reasonable advance notice; if you keep using the service after the effective date, you are deemed to accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
12. Contact
